What steps should I take if my campaign is over or under delivering?

 

  • Verify the campaign set up and look out for the correct flight dates, campaign type, volume and recent changes.

  • Look at the stats for this campaign to see delivery over the past days, looking for trends and campaigns competing for the same inventory.

  • Adjust the frequency cap, if applicable.

  • Analyse volume changes for the main websites the campaign is running on and see how this influences delivery. Add additional inventory if appropriate.

  • Check if all available banner sizes are uploaded and linked correctly.

  • Find out if there are delivery limitations restricting the campaign and adjust if applicable.
