Campaign has stopped delivering, what should I check?

  • Is the campaign live?

  • Are the relevant banners assigned to the campaign? Are they the right size?

  • Are there ‘Linked Zone(s)’ to the campaign/banner(s)?

  • Check campaign details (end date reached, desired impressed met – daily or campaign duration)

  • Has a relevant bid been assigned to the campaign?

  • Are there any delivery limitations at campaign or banner level?

  • Has a floor price been set against a particular Zone to stop ad(s) delivering?

  • Check with the network to see if there is a problem with the Tags or if they have been turned off. If so, why?
